Certified Greenhouse Gas Inventory Quantifier
CSA Standards, a leading developer of standards, codes and personnel certification programs, recently announces the first graduating class of GHG Inventory Quantifiers certified under its new Greenhouse Gas Personnel Certification program. This new certification program assesses professionals who are responsible for corporate or facility-based GHG inventory development, quantification and reporting.
Alison Erlenbach, founder and head of Campus Climate Solutions, was among the first class of certified quantifiers. The GHG-IQ is the first certification in North America to assess professionals in the field of GHG inventory development and quantification, and it provides a much needed established benchmark for best practices in GHG Accounting and Management as well as alignment with future standards and emerging programs
