AASHE’s Sustainability Tracking Assessment and Rating System (STARS® )  is a self-reporting framework that allows higher education institutions of all sizes to gauge progress toward sustainability and be recognized for sustainability leadership. STARS® is intended to

  • Engage and give positive recognition to schools at any stage of their sustainability efforts
